I found this really nice old photo in a group of photos I acquired some time ago.  The age of the photos are construction day period so this photo must have been taken between 1915 - 1920.  This is a super photo capture of a brand new row of houses going up Tavernilla Street in Balboa.  The curious little wooden building to the left is unknown to me.  The bank was later built in that lot.  When zooming into the scanned photo, I could see kids playing up the street.  What a nice capture in time.
