Thanksgiving upon us, I thought I would share an old Hotel Tivoli menu
from 1940. I believe I have left it large enough to read.
This was surely a feast for $1.50! I recently came across a great
recipe for grilled yams (sweet potatoes) that I plan on preparing this
Thanksgiving and here I see the same on this menu. Cocktails and Hi-Balls ranged from .25 to .50 cents. Balboa and Atlas beer at .20 cents and U.S. imported beer .25 cents. Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!!! Revisit past Thanksgiving images on CZ Images: |
