I received many inquiries as to where the Aides to Navigation building is in Gatun.  I managed to find this photo in the Panama Canal Review 75th Anniversary Issue.  It is a large photo and I just cropped the portion that has the building showing.  So here is the Aides of Navigation building.  I went up in the white tower on the roof several times and was originally designed as a look-out for ships.
