Last week I posted a photo of the brand new Balboa Stadium, well when browsing through my photos, I found this one from the Richard Erbe collection that shows the same stadium in 1951.  Balboa has sure grown since that last photo was taken and the stadium is showing it's age. The roof is showing signs of rusting.  I am not sure when it was torn down, but it may have been not long after this.  What a nice crisp photo taken from Sosa HIll.
