This week's photo of more tourists struck my interest very much so.  Here we have more tourists that appear to be on the upper locks wall checking things out.  I crossed reference the tourists from last week and these and couldn't really see any of the same, but when I focused in the middle of this photo, I see a man that appears to Mr. Goethals.  See that man with the small brim hat with the brim with his hand out in front of his body.   This is the same type of hat that Goethals wore and has a very close resemblance to Goethals.  I wish I had the original hard copy of this photo so I could scan it in at a high resolution  to study it more closely.  Again...another great capture in time.
