Photo of the Week

This week, we return the Ralph Sartor collection. While looking for some photos for a project, I came across this great photo of a West Indian lady walking down a street in her country's native dress. The caption on the back of the photo reads, "Martinique Woman (French). I can't imagine this dress being worn in the heat of Panama or in Martinique. This street appears to be in one of the Canal Construction towns, probably along the cut.
