Continuing with the Sartor collection this week. As mentioned in last week's photo narration of the Mount Hope Warehouse fire, here is the Mount Hope Water Plant that is seen off in the distance in last week's bottom photo. When I first looked at this photo, I thought that is was the Mount Hope Water Plan because of the hill with the water tank on it. Many remember the two large iconic water tanks next to Mount Hope Water Filtration Plant and are still there today. Well, this is the same hill with a water tank of the period on top. The present water filtration plant basically sits on top of where this station in the photo sits.

There are several houses located on the hill which now confirms why there was a nice big bottle dump on the far side of the hill that I used to dig. I guess everyone dumped their trash down the back side of this hill.
