Here we have an old man with either his street cart or looking in someone else's street cart.  The cart has what looks like a paint can, a wooden box and other miscellaneous items.  There is a licenses plate on the back of the cart that says 1938 and is plate number 069.  I am sure everyone remembers the street vendors and their homemade wooden carts with a spoke metal wheel on the front.  Not sure what street this photo was taken on, but is sure a classic.
