Continuing with the Ralph Sartor collection this week.  As you know I love old photos with people in them, but I also love steam shovel photos.  This we have both subjects.  Here are two guys posing in front of Bucyrus steam shovel's bucket.  Unfortunately the  writing on the back of this photo doesn't identify these guys.  The writing just says, "Five yard steam shovel dipper". There is no way of telling if they are actually operators of this shovel or just two guys posing.  One thing that caught my eye was the object/s  under the bucket so that the bucket doesn't lay on the track and damage the track.  I zoomed in and I can't tell what the two objects are.
