This is another great photo from Ron Armstrong. I jumped
for joy when I saw this photo. What a great capture in
time! The caption on the photo reads, "Raising a type #18
house (Bachelor quarters) at Pedro Miguel. June 9, 1913".
This photo was taken on the side of the newly relocated Panama
Railroad line. I wish I knew the story behind this
building. Was it always there and just being raised or moved
here. The old stairs are just hanging in the air and it looks
like a new ramp go to the front door from the tracks. This
building is on the locks side of the rail line as you can see Cerro
Luisa in the distance and on the other side of the track.
