Well, back to the Michael Gaeb collection this week.  Here is one fantastic photo taken in 1937 of the Balboa Club House.  The building still has the unique appearance of the way it looked before they moved it to Balboa from one of the construction towns (I never did find out which one).  I know they move the one that was in Pedro Miguel from the town of Empire.  Each of the bigger construction day towns had this type of building which started out at a YMCA and then the town's club house.
