My brother in law Don Lowery recently sent me a bunch of 35mm slides that my father in law George Lowery took in the 1950s back in the Canal Zone.  One of them caught my eye as it is a very historical structure still standing since the construction days.  This is the old vault that was part of the original Administration Building during the construction days at the town of Culebra.  PCC even had a sign made so people knew what this structure was.
