Happy Halloween! 

I am sure that many of you remember the pumpkin shaped oil tank on Sosa Hill, seen from La Boca.  This photo was taken when it was under construction.

My dad was the welding inspector for Pan Canal when this tank was built in the 1950's. Do you remember when they painted the pumpkin face on it?
