This week's photo is another from the Brown collection taken during the construction of the Balboa Dry Dock.  This photo shows the same guys that were clowning around in the small locomotives last week.  This view shows them standing in the bottom of the chamber with the unfinished sea gate behind them.  This chamber was built the same size as a lock chamber and used the same type of gates the locks has.  More to come from this album in the next few weeks.
