This week we have a nice old photo of the Corozal train station in April 1945.  This is only one of a few photos I have seen of this grand old station.  I remember it vaguely from when I a was a kid growing up in Los Rios.  There was a model train club that was set up in the building which my Dad took me to.  The concrete platform remained by the tracks after the building was torn down.  It may be there even today.  I believe the building was torn down to make way for a wider Gaillard Highway.
