As Veteran's Day is approaching, I couldn't post a photo other than a veteran of the U.S. Forces.  Well, I have the perfect and most fitting photo for my photo of the week.....my Dad.  Sgt. Major Frank P. McLaughlin, United State Marine Corp served his country during WWII in the South Pacific at some pretty nasty conflicts. Guadalcanal, Palau, Soloman Islands are a few that I know that my Dad fought the Japanese.  This old photo is inscribed "To Margaret with all my love, Frank 1/10/45".  Margaret of course was my Mom.  Both are now in heaven.  God Bless them.

Thank you to all those wonderful service men and women that keep our country free!  God Bless all of them today and those like my Day from the past.
