Very interesting photo for this week.  This photo was taken by CZ Image contributor Perry Truxton either in the late '40s or early '50s.  The photo shows the Balboa Fire Station and a curious old wooden building behind it along Roosevelt Ave.  This was the location of the BHS auditorium in later years.  Can anyone identify this old building?

Well, since posting this photo, I have had at least a half a dozen CZ Images visitors email me identifying the old building behind the Fire Station as the Balboa High School ROTC building.  Thanks to all who wrote in.
