This photo is a real treat!!  I purchased this post card in while in Panama this past January.  I couldn't resist.  I wish I could have found this Raspado Man and snapped a few photos.  This is by far the best raspado cart I have ever seen.  What ingenuity this guy had to design his cart like this.  This certainly wins "Best Raspado Cart" award.
