This week's photo is a really nice late '40s vintage photo of main street Curundu. This photo was taken from the roof of the old theater and looking in the direction of Balboa and Ancon.  Sosa Hill and Ancon Hill can be seen in the distance.  The two story wooden houses were later demolished to make way for more modern concrete duplexes.  To the right is the club house that would eventually burn down.  The commissary is across the street from the club house and the post office across from the commissary.
