Photo of the Week
October 10, 2004

Another great photo from the Clint Fewell collection for this week's photo of the week.  This is a priceless photo of the Pedro Miguel Clubhouse taken by Clint sometime between 1944 and 1948.  This old building originally stood in the town of Gorgona during the construction days. Below are photos of this same clubhouse when it stood tall and proud in the construction town of Gorgona.  It was called a Y.M.C.A then.  As stated in the article, this building was moved to Pedro Miguel in 1914 along with other buildings in the construction towns relocation project.

Long live the history of our Panama Canal Zone!
