Another snap shot in time.  This photo was taken in the Self-service Grocery Section of the Balboa Commissary, April 1945.  There is an interesting group of people in this photo.  There are housewives, kids and a couple of servicemen shopping.  Another great photo from the Richard Erbe collection.
