The Photo of the Week a few weeks ago (July 25th) is a ship leaving Pedro Miguel Locks heading south bound.  That photo was taken from the Pedro Miguel Yacht Club.  Now, this week we have the opposite view.  Taken from a ship entering or leaving Pedro Miguel locks, this photo is of the Pedro Miguel Yacht Club.  The old Yacht Club doesn't look as busy as it used to be during the Canal Zone days.
     You would never know it today, but this general area was where the Pedro Miguel Locomotive House and train yard was located during the construction days.  See a picture of the Locomotive House.
