I returned home late yesterday (Sunday) post
reunion and didn't get a photo up on time, but wanted to share some great
shots my daughter Allison took at Despedida. The Panama dancers group "Requerdos
de mi Panama" have been performing for the Society for several
years and each performance gets better. The performance at this
year's reunion was the best yet! The Diablos (Devil) dance was a new
addition along with new Montuno dances. Then we had the Carnival
Queen close the show with the beautiful costume and head dress. It
is always so nice each year to escape back to Panama while attending this
great event.
