Continuing with the Canal Zone Scouting theme that I will be posting until this year's Panama Canal Reunion here is another fine historical photo taken in the old Tivoli Hotel.  That in itself is a treat being able to see  the inside of our famous old Tivoli Hotel.  The caption explains what the event is all about.
