After posting the photos of Rodman Naval piers last week,  CZ Images contributor Bill Fall sent me this photo that he took from a cruise ship recently.  Bill noted in his email:

The new pier can handle Post PanaMax container ships.  Other piers look much the same as back in the day.  Sometimes there are US Navy ships tied up.  I think this one is a Mexican Navy training sailing vessel.  This pic is fairly close to where you took your picture.
