This week's aerial photo from still from the Panama Canal V. I. P. Slides and
dated 7-12-69 produced by the Panama Canal Graphics Branch. We are
now back up the Canal and looking at the mighty Chagres River, the town
of Gamboa and the Gamboa bridge. Gamboa was my favorite place to live
when living in the Canal Zone. Note the beautiful Gamboa Golf
Course that was still a golf course when this photo was taken.
