Photo of the Week

As promised last week...here is another great image from the Capt. Wright photo post cards. This image is once again taken from the Curundu Theater looking towards fifth, sixth and seventh street housing. There is a corner of the clubhouse's bowling alley shown on the left of this photo.

I wish I had a photo of the old theater. I attended several shows in that grand old building...most memorable being "Yellow Submarine"
