Here is another old memory jogger from Richard Erbe collection.  Remember the annual vehicle inspection at Motor Transportation Division (MTD)?  Here is an early '50's vintage photo showing a car being inspected. Vehicle Inspector Preston Minton is standing at the controls while the man in the car is unknown.
