This week's photo is a really great one!  This photo was on the front page of the August 22 - September 4, 2003 issue of the El Faro (former Panama Canal Spillway) newspaper.  This is a classic photo of the Dredge Mindi's cutter raised out of the water with two workers pulling maintenance. Sometimes the cutter picks up cable or heavy rope from the bottom.  This has to be removed by hand.
