Looking out the window of the new Balboa Cub House after opening in the late 1970's.  The new club house never really made it after it was turned over as part of the 1977 Treaty.  It was open for a while and even had a bar added to it.  
   The new clubhouse  will never be remembered nor loved like the original one that stood on this piece of land for over 60 years.
    The Balboa Commissary still a working commissary in this photo and Balboa High School stadium can be seen in the upper right of the photo.
