Photo of the Week

Continuing with the brand new Thatcher Ferry Bridge. Another photo taken by Perry Truxton (RIP) in 1962 from an aircraft flying over the almost finished for the opening later in 1962. In this photo, the last spans are being attached. The beams are still painted with Red Lead paint to contain them from rusting. The shiny silver will be added to look like last week's photo.
