Another great photo from the Lance Terrell photo collection taken in April 1967. Here we have a Canal Zone Government garbage truck in action. Lance's description states: "This photo was taken at the intersection of Carr Street and Las Cruces Street in the recently renovated Balboa Flats area. The quarters at the right with the boat is #2245. The CZ Government garbage truck is a late 1950's International tilt-cab cabover registered as US1329."
