Another great vintage Canal Zone photo
from my brother Barry. What a classic 1950s photo taken from
Ancon Hill looking at all our old sports fields where we used to
play. The flat top building next to the baseball field was the
old Balboa Gun Club where we used to buy our guns and ammo. If
you look closely, there are two old railroad passenger cars that
served as an adult youth hangout called the Pub. We all used to
have a great time at the old Pub. What a nice capture in time of a time gone.
