With Christmas right around the corner, I thought this would be a good photo for this week. Here we have Christmas trees being off loaded from the SS Cristobal at a pier in Cristobal. Imagine what these trees have been through to get to the Canal Zone in good condition. We always had a real tree until they came out with the tinfoil trees with color light projected at it. My folks had to have one. Boo!!! We have a real tree to this day and would never own a fake.
