Photo of the Week
This week we have a very nice scan of a 35 mm color slide from my brother Barry. This is truly a capture in time with the Locks Locomotive going up or down the incline with low chambers on both the east and west side. What is so special about this photo is the line of automobiles in the distance by Cocoli Hill waiting to cross the Miraflores Swing Bridge (RIP). Great photo and I am glad someone took it. Thank you Barry for sending... Long live the memories of the Canal Zone. I missed last week as I was out of town in Pine Hurst, North Carolina....very attractive place, especially for golfers. I had a few CZImages visitors contact me if I was okay since I didn't post one last week. Thank you...for asking.
