I received a somber note from my good friend Kaye Richey yesterday that our friend Bruce Quinn had passed away on May 7th. Kaye wrote this caption for the photo: Bruce
Quinn, well-loved and talented theater and musical comedy director in
both the Canal Zone and Panama, passed away in Panama on 7 May
2021. A typical photo from July 2015 shows Bruce talking
about directing The King and I, surrounded by old friends
Kayeboy Richey, Ralph Smith, Hobey Richey, Kaye Richey, and Clarita
Smith, who was in the cast. I wish I could have talked with Bruce one more time before he left on his journey. RIP Bruce
