Photo of the Week

This week's photo follows the Panama Railroad subject with this fantastic capture in time showing one of our old Alco locomotives and one of the newer passenger cars at the time this photo was taken. I would say this photo is 1960s vintage and came from a 35mm slide. This photo was taken close to the Panama Railroad Station in Ancon from the familiar setting. In the distance, you can see the entrance to Motor Transportation Division sticking up in the large space between palms. Also note the air raid tower siren sticking up above the truck's roof.
