This week's photo is another great capture in time of the President Amador ..... one of the Thatcher Ferry Boats. I have posted other photos in the past of these wonderful old Ferry Boats and couldn't help post this recent find photo for everyone to see. From the looks of the cars, this would be early 1950s. The Chiva Bus has Panama / Chorrera and the letters or word RIZ on the front cab. You can see the other ferry across the channel getting loaded or unloaded. This photo shows good details of the ramp machinery.
