Photo of the Week
October 14, 2018

We are following up this week with another great photo of the once Contractors Hill. This photo was sent in by CZ Images contributor Paolo Sanfilippo which he said was taken in the 1980's.  As you see, the picnic shelters are gone, but the lookout shed is still there.  The signal station is gone.  I had forgotten last week that PCC had moved some old construction day railroad equipment to make a display and are still here in this photo.  You can't see them very good in last week's photo.  The 1980's was post Treaty Implementation so I guess the Commission found that Contractors Hill was not worth keeping up as a recreation area and took the picnic structures down.

Thank you Paolo for this great photo.
