Not to beat this subject to death, but I couldn't resist posting two more great photos at the mouth of the Chagres by Fort San Lorenzo. Well I had mention two weeks ago, I had not see the sandbar in modern times, well here is the sandbar in 2016 taken by CZ Images contributor Bill Fall. I guess even more dramatic in these two photos is a very strong Panama storm heading down the river. Once again, imagine what the Spanish and 49ers thought when one of these big storms came at them back in the days of old...
