Photo of the Week

The "Photo of the Week" salutes this old building and two others just like it. Does this building look familiar? The caption above says that it is the Balboa Restaurant, which it originally was built to be. Most of us knew it as the Balboa Police station after 1936. I was sent this photo by historian Bill Fall last week and it got my curiosity going. I found out a lot about this building, it's sister buildings and the story behind them all.
