Let's go shopping on "Front Street" in Colon.. This is a wonderful photo that came with a group purchase I recently made. I can relate to this scene as if it were yesterday. There were so many wonderful stores on "Front Street". I purchased my first wedding ring (antique), my Canon F1 camera and some nice Iron Wood sculptures from India. There is no way you could stroll these streets today as a shopper. I loved those days....Wish they were still here....Another...piece of our Zonian history...during the American Era of the Panama Canal...
