This certificate was given to my Dad when he retired from PCC in 1978. It was created by W.I. Hollowell who worked with my Dad at the Miraflores Water Treatment Plant. I think this is one very special item. This one is number 7. I wonder who 1 - 6 were? and if there were anymore.
