These guys seem to be a different bunch than those in previous photos.  To this day, I think the design of houses built in the Zone was the greatest.  Note that this building was built on the side of some hill, but was leveled out with pillars as were many Zone buildings throughout the years.  The best part of having a house up on stilts, was you can store all kinds of junk underneath it.  HA!!  If I ever build a new home again, it will be on stilts and designed like an old  construction day house.   Those wonderful large porches and great roof overhangs.
