This photo is probably in the same locomotive shops at Pedro Miguel.  Some of these guys are in the Loco 300 photo earlier.  These are the guys that made the dirt / rock trains run.  A very interesting point on this photo is the "Gold" and "Silver" pay windows shown on the wall of building in back.  You will see some of these guys in later photos.
