Aerial view of Fort Clayton - 1924.  Panama Railroad main line along the bottom of the picture, parallel to main road to Pedro Miguel which runs through the post above it.  Senior NCO quarters in the left hand corner on the west side of the main road.  Fort Clayton was designed basically the same as Fort Davis with the headquarters building in the center and all the barracks surrounding.  The large barracks and headquarters building are no longer standing. There is now the flat style housing in this area.  The smaller buildings behind the center headquarters building are still standing today and have been used for family housing.
