Balboa Yacht Club 2000 - Panama Canal

These attachments are shots of the new area for the Balboa Yacht Club Clubhouse. In the first shot, it shows the swimming pool area where renovation are taking place. The next shot is of the new walkways and paths that run from this area all the way out to the Causeway on the Canal side.
The following shot is the foundation of the former Club. No word yet on whether they'll use the same foundation, build on top on it, or replace it. No word either on how big the parking lot will be. The two story structure, I guess, will take some time to build. I tried to get a shot from the pier and I couldn't even get pass the gate. New rules state that the manager needs to give permission so I could get a pass. And all I wanted to do was go about 75 feet up the pier. Oh Well.
